Difference between Reversible and Irreversible Process

Reversible Process:

A process A → B is reversible if (i) the process B → A occurs in nature and (ii) After the processes A → B → A, there is no net change in the surroundings.

Irreversible Process:

The conditions (i) and (ii) are called the conditions of reversibility. Process A → B is an Irreversible process, if these conditions aren’t satisfied.
