Difference between X Rays and Light Rays

X Rays:

X-rays are a type electromagnetic rays. It has wavelengths ranging from 0.01 to 10 nanometers, frequency ranging from 30 petahertz to 30 exahertz (31016 Hz to 31019 Hz), and energy ranging from 100 eV to 100 keV. X-rays are also known as Rontgen radiation in several languages. X rays are widely used in medical applications. The X-rays are used to map the interior of human body using the diffraction of X-rays.

Light Rays:

Light rays are the most useful type of electromagnetic radiation as it is the basis of human vision. These rays gets the name from human vision itself. It is divided into 7 main colors, but there are an infinite number of colors in between them. The main 7 colors are Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red. Visible light takes a wavelength region of 390 nm – 750 nm.
